Super easy to use. I bought two pack so I can get a feel of the cartridge before using it on my baby girl. She is 4 months. I waited till she is asleep and swaddled, then sanitized and marked one ear. I had to slowly press the cartridge and carefully align it with the mark, and then the spring kicked in, and the earring was in. Baby started crying, but by the time I picked her up she was already done. She nursed a little back to sleep, and I did the same with another ear-and again, she only cried for a few seconds. Now it's been a few days, no signs of infection. I put some saline twice a day and rotate the earrings-that doesn't bother her one bit. I am very impressed.The plastic piece that is holding the earring got stuck on of of them. But I just carefully placed my nail between the plastic pieces and was able to remove it without hurting the baby.This is amazing. Quick, clean, and painless even for a baby.The earring are a little long for the infant. They seem to rub against the skin behind the ears a little if not careful, so you want to make sure you watch and avoid any kind of pressure on the ears first few weeks, and I would definitely change the earrings for flat back once the piercing heals.I wanted a third piercing in my earlobes and, after a quick Amazon search, I realized I didn’t want to go pay $40-$60 at the mall to get it done. I was just going to use the good ol’ needle and ice method but I’m so glad I found this safe and cost effective alternative. I’m sure you can do it yourself, however, I sanitized my earlobes, marked where the piercings would go and my husband (who has never pierced anything before!) did it for me. Would I use it to pierce any other areas such as a helix piercing? Perhaps not- but that is just my personal choice. I would buy this again for sure. Took a total of 5 mins and I LOVE the outcome. I felt no pain, and almost three weeks later, no infection.I was a bit apprehensive about this product. I used it to pierce my upper ear cartilage as well as the conch of my ear with great success. Pain was 0/10. Quick and painless. A great value and great product. The one negative is that the piercing gun is smaller in person than how it appears in the Amazon listing. For someone with larger hands it could be difficult to manipulate.I’ll admit I had a friend help which obviously made it super easy but wow it was simple! The earring itself was a little larger than anticipated but still so cute!I used this to re-pierce my 2nd lobe hole that had I had let close up years ago as well as do a new cartilage piercing on that same ear. As others have said, it's best to have someone do this for you to make sure it's lined up correctly. My husband did both of mine. I have a very low tolerance for pain and was terrified it was going to hurt! He did the lobe piercing first because I figured it would hurt less. So quick and I felt zero pain! So I then marked where I wanted the new cartilage piercing to go and braced myself for the pain. Zero pain! Both piercings felt like someone closed a clothes pin or chip clip on my ear for a second then the sensation was gone. It's been over a week now and both are healing great but I have been doing a saline spray twice a day to keep them clean. I would highly recommend this product. Works as advertised and for me at least it was pain free. Earrings are pretty too and I will continue to wear these even after my piercings heal.I did my second and third hole using this brand. It’s crazy how it doesn’t hurt!I had been wanting to get my Helix done for a while, and when I looked up prices in my area to get both sides done was about $130. I have had my second ear piercing done with a gun at Claire’s and my tragus professionally done with a needle. So to me it didn’t really matter because I’ve had experience with both. I decided for $9 to get my helix done myself should be just fine. It has now been a month since I pierced it and it’s been healing great, I would definitely buy it again to do it at the comfort of my own home. I also iced my ears prior to piercing it (which I wouldn’t be able to do it if I went somewhere to get it done) and there was 0 pain. Great experience, great healing, great product. After a month of being in my ears it’s still just as shiny as day 1, and no discoloration of the earrings and I’ve had no major swelling or infection. 10/10 recommendSencillo de usar, un broquel por pistola.
