LEGAL RESTRICTIONS Stun guns are now legal in Rhode Island. The only two places where stun guns cannot be "owned or used" is in the State of Hawaii, the State of Michigan and New Jersey and in the city of Chicago, Illinois. As for restrictions, you have to have a concealed carry permit to own a stun gun in the State of Illinois (outside of Chicago, of course), in the State of MA, NY and in the state of WI. We do not ship outside the United States.
