Definitely worth the money! It does what it's intended to do. The front cover could be a little more sturdy but other than that, overall a good product!I bought this safe to store important documents (passport, social) and the cash I save for rainy days. I keep it on my shelf in my office and it blends in with all my books, the only people that can spot it are people who know what it is.It is a bit flimsy, if someone truly wanted to break into it and grab my things they definitely could with a little elbow grease. But it’s a 15 dollar safe, you get what you pay for, and frankly I feel better having my things in a flimsy safe then a hardcore one in case I forget the passcode I set and need access to my belongings. Not only that, but it is obviously small, so if someone broke in, figured out where my office is, looked through my 3 bookshelves and managed to locate it (sounds like inside job smh), they’d easily be able to just grab it and run away. But considering I’ve seen people cut tile and pry a safe out of the ground at my dad’s restaurant, I think no matter the size if they want it badly they can get it.Overall, I recommend this. Not the sturdiest thing in the world, but I addressed that above, but it makes me feel better and gives me a place to put valuables in a common area without being obvious. The lock mechanism is simple, but it works, and I fee comfortable with it protecting my things.I love this!! Very easy to set up my own code.Hidden in plain site, no one even looked at them. Important documents are accessible without anyone knowing they are there. Easy to use.The lock was installed backwards so we had to remove and correct since you couldn’t lock it when it arrived. However, very real looking on my bookshelf and sturdy.Perfect for the dorm room to keep valuables in right on the bookshelf! Roomy storage, easy lock code setup. Well worth it!This is the second book safe I have purchased! I couldn't get combination to work on either so maybe it is me! The other one I had two others try it though! This one is better, I got closer but even though I couldn't get it to lock it is still a good hiding place for valuables!niceSize is not up to markIt works well, however the metal lid of the safe is a little wonky. It still closes completely but is not straight.happy with the product
