At first, the shipping and tracking were difficult to follow and being the USPS , was impossible to find out why. However, when I contacted customer service they were right on it. They offered to send another one should it not get here. Well it finally did and the holster is excellent. Excellent fit, excellent quailty and versatility. Also, the company followed up on my concern, stayed on it, and overall excellent customer service even though in the end did not need it.
